Here goes my motivational post for today:

3. Recover your tranquility

After you have suffered a disgust you can let it control your mind, your soul and the actions that come after the event. It is your decision to have a better outcome by getting back your equilibrium and positive mental disposition thus being constructive instead of destructive.

Having positive and optimistic thoughts will build a pleasant life.
